About Elijah Bergman
I am a lawyer in Rutland, Vermont and a partner at Larson & Gallivan Law, PLC. I represent people in family court matters in Addison, Bennington, Rutland, Windham, and Windsor counties. I am willing to consult with clients in other Vermont counties. I also represent people in criminal matters in Addison and Rutland counties.
I grew up in the Old North End neighborhood of Burlington, Vermont. I attended Oberlin College in Ohio, graduating Phi Beta Kappa in 2009. I worked on several political campaigns after graduation before attending Northeastern University School of Law (NUSL). I graduated from NUSL in 2015 and passed the Vermont bar the same year. I spent two years as the law clerk in Bennington’s trial courts. I then practiced with a small firm in Middlebury, Vermont before joining Larson & Gallivan in January 2022. I now live in Danby with my wife, two young children and a menagerie of cats, dogs, goats, sheep, ducks, and chickens. I enjoy playing pickup soccer and skiing.
