Flat Fee Packages (Overview)

  • Affordable legal services are provided for a pre-set flat fee.

  • I do not file court paperwork or appear in court; all court paperwork will be filed by the client.

  • Flat fee must be paid at the time of service and is non-refundable.

Flat Fee Schedule

Option 1:

General Informational Meeting

(up to 1 hour): $275.00

  • Learn from a lawyer what to expect in your divorce.

  • Get specific advice about your case, predictions about the outcome, and next steps for you to do.

  • Learn about custody, child support, property division, spousal maintenance (alimony) and the court process

  • Ask a lawyer questions about the issues that matter most to you

Option 2

Divorce Filing Forms

(does not include court filing fee): $400.00

  • Assistance with and preparation of filing forms and Complaint

  • Includes up to 1 hour attorney time

Option 3

Financial Affidavit

(813 forms): $400.00

  • Assistance with and preparation of Financial Affidavit

  • Includes up to 2 hours attorney time
