About Erin Gallivan

Raised in Foxboro, Massachusetts, Erin is the second youngest in a family of five. She attended Lehigh University and graduated in 1993. Afterward, Erin lived in New York City working at a homeless shelter. She then attended Northeastern University School of Law and graduated in 1998. After graduation, Erin moved to Vermont to work as a Clerk for the U.S. District Court in Burlington.

Erin has been advising clients in Estate Planning matters for over 15 years. As part of her estate planning work, Erin advises clients on transferring business ownership after death, special needs trusts (for children with disabilities), and real estate transfers for Medicaid planning. The vast majority of her clients do not need complicated estate plans, and so several years ago she developed flat fee packages to make it simpler and more affordable for the average person.
