If you would like to speak with an attorney about your family law situation, the preliminary step is a one-hour consultation for $285. This consultation will be with Tristan Larson or Elijah Bergman , and is tailored to address your individual concerns and issues regarding your situation. We will explain generally how the legal process works, what you need to think about, and answer any questions you may have. Often, we can predict the outcome of your case and give you arguments so that you can come to an agreement yourself if possible. At any rate, you will leave your consultation with an overview of the process and what to expect, and a list of next steps. This is only a one-time consultation, it does not mean that we are agreeing to represent you. If we have availability to take your case for full representation, we will let you know after the consultation, and you will be required to sign a separate engagement agreement and pay a retainer.

If you would like to speak with an attorney about estate planning, the first step is a meeting with Erin Gallivan, who will go over your financial and family situation and your goals and develop a plan with you to meet those goals as efficiently as possible. In most cases, she will recommend the second part of the process, a flat fee for all the documents you need to put this task behind you. The initial meeting with Attorney Gallivan is a $285 flat fee.
