If you would like to speak with an attorney in my office about your family law situation, the preliminary step is a one-hour consultation for $275. This consultation will be with me or another attorney in my office, and is tailored to address your individual concerns and issues regarding your situation. We will explain generally how the legal process works, what you need to think about, and answer any questions you may have. You will leave your consultation with an overview of the process and what to expect, and a list of next steps. This is only a one-time consultation, it does not mean that we are agreeing to represent you. If we have availability to take your case for full representation, we will let you know after the consultation, and you will be required to sign a separate engagement agreement and pay a retainer.
